求翻译：4.3 If BGLT and/or CNOOC and/or FJLNG dispute all or part of any invoice, such Party and/or Parties disputing such invoice shall return the said invoice to Surveyor specifying in writing the reasons for their/its rejection. Surveyor may then issue an invoice covering the non-disputed part. The invoice for the disputed part may be sent, as the case may be, after the settlement of the issue.是什么意思？
