Teachers and students can learn how to work together to create learning opportunities, and not just teachers how to teach. "Communicative approach" is extremely popular at the time, many look to real classroom "interaction" and its communication gives students the opportunity. For example Fanselow (1977) established a comprehensive communication system, available to classroom discourse analysis of different course type; Long (1976) in the foreign language classroom discourse analysis found that of group interaction than the forward March (lockstep)-interactive can better promote the participation of students in communication, and communication in a variety of speech acts.
