求翻译:【摘要】 目的 对穿刺针清洗方法的改进后的评价,提高穿刺针的清洗效果。方法 选取临床使用后的活检穿刺针200套,随机分为A组、B组。每组样本量100套,其中A组采用手工清洗,B组采用手工清洗加全自动喷淋式清洗机清洗。2组样本经上述方法洗涤后,每套穿刺针采用目测和借助带光源放大镜检查的方法,同时每组随机抽取30套穿刺针,采用蛋白质残留法监测清洗效果。结果 B组的清洗方法对穿刺针的清洗效果高于A组,A、B两组目测和放大镜方法检查合格率分别为: 85%、98%, (X2=10.865,P0.05)两组无统计学差异(普通器械X2=2.67,P>0.05, 管腔器械X2=3.33,P>0.05)。结论 穿刺针的清洗质量与清洗方法密切相关,采用人工清洗加全自动清洗机的清洗后的穿刺针,清洗效果较好,可有效保证穿刺针的清洗质量,保证病人的安全,并利于穿刺针的保养和重复利用,节约医疗资源。是什么意思? 待解决
