求翻译：I went swimming for two hours on Saturday morning,then I cooked meal for myself.After lunch,I washed and ironed my clothes,then I slept for two hours.In the evening,I went shopping to buy some frut and milk.When I got home from shop market it was 21:30,I studied English for one hour.After it I had a long hot bath,and I went go bed at 23:00.是什么意思？

我去游泳了几个星期六的上午，两个小时，然后我做为自己的饭。午餐后，我洗熨衣服，然后我睡了两个小时。晚上，我去购物买些 frut 和牛奶。当我回到家从商店市场是 21： 30 时，我一小时学英语。我经过它长热水澡，和我就去睡了 23: 00。
