求翻译:我国现行的就业指导,其功能还局限在使毕业生找到一份工作上,在指导理念、指导内容、指导方法上都滞后于上述新形势的要求。在我国的特殊背景之下,中职就业指导除了承担一般意义上的职业指导的功能(如:合理利用人力资源、促进社会劳动力有序流动和社会稳定,帮助毕业生选择职业、顺利就业)外,更应该承担这样一种功能,即:中职就业指导应该引导学校积极培养创新、创业型的高素质人才,不再是单纯地、被动地适应劳动力市场的需要培养“就业者”,而是积极地、主动地引导社会转型,大力造就“创业者”,使所培养的中职毕业生不仅仅是实现简单的就业,更是就业岗位的创造者,也就是实现“就业是什么意思?
