我认为真正的教师专业化发展首先应实现老师成为高标准的研究者。教师专业化,是实现学科的职业生涯发展和教育事业的发展过程。教师专业化是教师实际行为的一种,不是一句空话。专门的增长和发展是一个持续不断的过程,是不断深化的过程。教师需要不断学习新的知识,每一天,火车和定期交流,研究的知识和技能需要获取丰富和更新,退出老师不只是不断课程遗嘱执行人,同时也是课程研究员。这要求老师利用自己的知识已进行,多角度,多学科分析的多层次、 要有理论上的理解和总结,以自己的实践,并发现的强点和不足,完成以后改进准备自己的教育经验。应该结合自己的学习情绪、 环境、 条件不断 self-reconsidering、 同行相互帮助在现实中或老师引领等等,相互渗透和沉重的审议,沉重的实践中,总结了不断,但不愿意做一个只是在满足获得经验"老师"。这位学者专家老师是国家教育改革发展的需要。
