ByCCICappointed 由卖方和一个独立测量师，须做的 shipmentinspection 和分析 （即： SGS 或土力工程处化工等) 由 buyeras 任命之前加载到容器现场各方都同意。虽然最后 weightand qualitydetermination 须做 atloadingportby 以上的联合调查工作。水分含量须扣除发运的总重量。
