This paper surveys inpatients with hypertension in dezhou city people's hospital between January 1999 and over the same period and analysis of the national daily meteorological data meteorological station in dezhou city and dezhou attempted to provide a basis for medical meteorological forecasting. To exclude non-effects of weather factors, the information has been dealt with adequately, on the date of onset for grading, using single correlation analysis of hypertension grade in four seasons and the relationship between meteorological elements and changes over the same period. Study finds strong spring and autumn cold and warm air activities are causing hypertension, mainly strong cold air in winter activities. Hypertension grade: spring and autumn and winter and the temperature, air temperature anomalies, variation against temperature related; and summer temperatures are related, and anti-related pressure; and the absolute value of pressure in the spring, autumn and changes in air pressure, air pressure and its absolute value, a positive pressure anomaly and its absolute value is related; in winter and air pressure, air pressure anomalies, pressure changes are related. Continuous cloudy oligo shines in autumn and winter, rainfall occurs in autumn and winter appears dense fog, hypertension grade increases.
