求翻译：2. Loccioni: we agreed that getting “Lambda gauge” back to China has high priority (similar to Gefit). To make the payment of Euro 18,800 , I need to have the confirmation from Ned on that “the gauges can be used for Lambda without major issue because Hannes mentioned some gauges in Loccioni have major design issues (maybe I was confused with some cases). If this confusion can cleared up, we have no problem to agree the 18,800 Euro payment and 12 month installments starting Jan/2012 though it will be a challenge to keep up with the plan.是什么意思？ 待解决
