求翻译：On one hand,Though the discuss about the nuclear disarmament seems very fair.But we Iran think,in many aspects,the strong countrys such like the USA always reduce the opposite coutrys'strength with the help of the nuclear disarmanment.They appeal the other country to persuade their opposite country into reducing their nuclear army save though they also have nuclear weapons.It's unfair.Why we Iran can't have nuclear weapons?It's just for make ourself get the rid of the improper control of the strong contry.Only in this way，we Iran，a small country , can have the ability to protect our dominion.是什么意思？ 待解决
