求翻译：Shanghai International Circuit is located in the very suburb of Shanghai City, and normally the visitors need to drive to there. The outdoor square have many temporary marquees to provide shopping and simple F&B services, such as hot dog, fast food, etc. There is only a seafood restaurant near to the International Circuit, looks not decent to match our brand image. I used to be there for watching F1, the challenge normally start from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. We can prepare some ear plugs for VIPs to show our care.是什么意思？ 待解决
