求翻译：Still trying to confirm chip number via Viewsonic Company........they don't seem to be interested .....as I have sent several e-mails and have had several telephone conversations ...even have case # but no response as to part number.....required.. I believe the part# 1076-6318 is the correct one for these units .....是什么意思？ 待解决
