持牌人破产或者如果持牌人的业务放在手中的接收器，受让人或受托人的债权人的利益是否由持牌人的自愿行为或以其他方式，在该事件，则持牌人须立即通知GTRC，根据本协议授予的许可证将自动成为非排他性的有效后，立即给予该通知，GTRC有权终止本协议，并通过向持牌人发出书面通知，本协议授予的许可证的。如果GTRC终止本协议，终止应是有效的GTRC的要求持牌人发出书面通知后，立即。
