求翻译：Noted the revised schedule below ref the tooling and sampling of the envelopes and bags. I have noticed that the tooling is FURTHER DELAYED. It should have been ready yesterday (11th July); now it will be ready only on 15th July!!是什么意思？

注意到以下 ref 模具的修订的附表和采样的信封袋。我已经注意到工具是进一步延迟。它应该已经准备好了昨天 （7 月 11 日) ；现在它将准备 15 日只!!
