如果承租人没有支付的价格《宪章》所规定的第1款(h)附件“A”与本协议或延误的付款、PAL将有权终止此协议的简单通知没有任何正式通知或司法干预的需要,并在不损害承租人的义务在《宪章》规定的价格和其他的会费。

万一特许执照商在这样付款不支付宪章价格如所提供 (在) 段1 h附录“A”到这个协议也不延迟， PAL将由简单的通知有资格终止这个协议，不用需要的任何正式通知或司法干预和无损于特许执照商的义务支付宪章价格和其他应得物。
